Instruction 
1 - Download the Files (see the download section above)
2 - Close the App (and close in multitask)
3 - Replace the entire "Documents" folder of the App (i.e., D.Witch.app)
4 - Launch the App 
5 - Enjoy! (if you found you cannot unlock new maps, do the following additional steps)
5a - See "help" section, take a screenshot of the id & password
5b - Delete game & remove from game center
5c - Re-install app
5d - Restore & enter the id & pass you is in your screenshot (taken in step 5a)

6 - Relax a bit
